La Huni Italiana viene fondata nel 1962 dalla Famiglia Hüni. Da allora
gli svizzeri dirigono l'azienda situata al centro della Val Seriana in sinergia
con il territorio e la sua gente.
Alla crescita delle superficie coperta ha sempre seguito un costante rinnovamento
degli impianti ed un'ottimizzazione del processo produttivo in termini di
tecnologia e di salvaguardia dell'ambiente secondo le esigenze dei mercati
nazionali e internazionali.
La politica di investimenti e rinnovamento degli impianti è oggi una
produzione "just in time", una struttura commerciale flessibile
"orientata al servizio", un'alta qualità di prodotto, risultato
di una cultura d'impresa che coinvolge tutto e tutti in un costante processo

Il montaggio e la messa in opera delle scaffalature a cassetti sono un elemento

organizza ed esegue interamente l'installazione e il collaudo.

PRODOTTI
IL CASSETTO: pezzo forte di un sistema ponderato
Il cassetto è l'elemento base di tutti i sistemi di
magazzinaggio e arredamento HUNI: è fondamentale per la sistemazione
ottimale di pezzi piccoli. Crea ordine, condizione primaria per lo svolgimento
razionale di qualsiasi lavoro. Il cassetto HUNI non conosce limiti di utilizzo:
la vasta gamma di materiali di separazione lo rende adattabile ai più
piccoli pezzi dell'elettronica come pure agli utensili di alta precisione.
Contribuisce alle riduzione di costi aziendali perché permette un utilizzo
ottimale dello spazio, protegge i pezzi delicati dalla polvere e dagli urti,
mantiene il loro valore nel tempo.
Il cassetto HUNI è resistente, perfettamente rifinito e non presenta
angoli o bordi taglienti. Per la sua alta portata ed un perfetto scorrimento
sono state impiegate lamiere d'acciaio di qualità e guide di precisione.

ARMADI A CASSETTI: la sicurezza
totale
Gli armadi a cassetti HUNI sono stati progettati e costruiti per la sicurezza
totale: il blocco singolo di chiusura dei cassetti permette l'apertura di
un solo cassetto alla volta, impedendo il ribaltamento dell'armadio. La chiusura
centrale non permette l'accesso abusivo.
Sicurezza totale significa inoltre alta qualità di lavorazione, flessibilità
del sistema, funzionalità e lunga durata.

ARMADI PER MACCHINE: sicurezza innanzitutto
Utensili, apparecchiature varie o parti macchina: tutto ciò che garantisce
il perfetto funzionamento della produzione trova una sistemazione sicura e
di facile presa negli armadi per macchine HUNI.
L'uso dei cassetti e ripiani estraibili, che risparmiano spazio e proteggono
i pezzi, permette una visione rapida anche nei momenti di punta della produzione.
Porte a battenti o scorrevoli con serratura, a seconda della grandezza degli
armadi, mantengono il materiale a riparo dalla polvere ed impediscono l'accesso
abusivo.
ARMADI PER OLII
Olii, lubrificanti e detersivi trovano posto in armadi speciali con porte
a battenti con ripiani estraibili per porta taniche in plastica da 10 o 20
litri.

Il nostro programma "Controllo Numerico", grazie all'impiego di
appositi telai porta boccole, consente un agevole trasporto e un pratico stoccaggio

BANCHI DA LAVORO: un sistema su misura
La gamma di banchi da lavoro HUNI è disegnata per rispondere a qualsiasi
richiesta "su misura" in termini di funzione d'uso e di ergonomia.
I numerosi componenti di diverse dimensioni ed esecuzione permettono la creazione
di posti di lavoro veramente razionali.
Utensili e piccoli particolari vengono "messi via" con ordine e

HUNI ITALIANA: A REVIEW
In 1962, the company HUNI ITALIANA was founded by the Huni family in Bergamo.
Since then, the company has been under Swiss management and has been operating
in the heart of the Seriana valley in harmony with the people and the countryside.
HUNI ITALIANA has a modern corporate culture, which has always sought to incorporate
everything in a continuous process of improvement. Parallel to the expansions
of existing buildings, the production plants have been continuously updated
to include state-of-the art technology in manufacturing processes, and product
development for domestic and international markets. This policy of investing
in men and machines has led to current “just in time” production
featuring high quality standards and to a flexible sales structure, which
is principally directed to “service to the customer”.
Ecology and environmental protection are also part of the company philosophy
at HUNI ITALIANA. Responsibility for the employees in the factory and the
surrounding countryside are at the heart of the company philosophy. Accordingly,
all the painting lines have been converted to solvent-free powder coating.
Even powder coating residue is used to paint the inner walls of the housing.

THE DRAWER: heart of an ingenious system
The basic element of all HUNI workshop and storage systems is the HUNI drawer.
It is the basic component for the optimum storage of small parts and tools
and creates the order necessary for efficient work. The HUNI drawers has no
“sector limitations”. The wide selection of partitioning material
makes it flexible and adaptable for the smallest electronic components, as
well as for precision tools. HUNI drawers make an important contribution to
lower costs through optimum use of space and space saved, as well as maintaining
the value of goods stored in a dust-free and protective environment. The HUNI
drawer is sturdy and robust, its high quality finishing eliminates sharp corners
and edges. High quality steel sheet especially shaped and precisely finished
provides high load capacity. The HUNI drawer can be used with drawer cabinets,
drawer rack systems and machine tool cabinets.

High storage capacity in a limited area – a case for HUNI drawer racks.
They are an ingenious combination of drawers, pull-out shelves, and adjustable
shelves. An ideal concept for individual and flexible expansion of storage
equipment. Components and tools of all sizes, shapes, and quantities have
the best possible storage. This extensive modular system of HUNI drawer racks
takes into consideration future changes in goods stored or storage logistics.

MACHINE TOOL CABINETS: Safety first
Tools, different instruments, or machine parts, everything that guarantees
the smooth operation for production machinery is stored safely and within
easy reach in HUNI machine tool cabinets.
This storage solution which protects material and saves space by using drawers
or pull-out shelves provides a clear view of things even in situations of
stress. Lockable hinged or sliding doors according to the size of the machine
tool cabinet, protect the tools stored from dirt and unauthorised access
OIL CABINETS: Oils, lubricants and cleaning liquids can be stored in special
cabinets for fluids. According to the needs they can be fitted with pull-out
shelves for plastic canisters with 10 or 25 litres capacity. Available also

Huni deckt mit seinem breiten Sortiment alle Bedürfnisse bei der Organisation

DIE SCHUBLADE: Ein durchdachtes System
Basiselement aller HUNI Lager- und Einrichtungssysteme ist die HUNI Schublade.
Sie bildet die Grundlage für die optimale Lagerung von Kleinteilen und
schafft die übersichtliche Ordnung, die ein rationelles Arbeiten erst
möglich macht.
Eine HUNI Schublade kennt keine Branchengrenzen. Die große Auswahl an
Einteilungskomponenten macht sie flexibel und anpassungsfähig für
kleinste Elektronikteile genauso wie für Präzisionswerkzeuge.
Einen Betrag zur Kostendämpfung und Werterhaltung leistet die HUNI Schublade

MASCHINENSCHRÄNKE : Sicherheit vor allem
Werkzeuge, Aufspannvorrichtungen oder Maschinenteile – alles was den
reibungslosen Ablauf der Produktionsmaschine garantiert, lagert griffbereit
und sicher in HUNI - Maschinenschränken. Diese materialschonende und
platzsparende Lagerlösung in Schubladen oder auf Auszugböden schafft
den klaren Überblick auch in Stresssituationen. Abschließbare Flügel-
oder Schiebetüren, je nach Größe des Schrankes, schützen
das Lagergut vor Verschmutzung und vor unberechtigtem Zugriff.
ÖLSCHRÄNKE: Öle, Schmierstoffe und Reinigungsmittel finden

HUNI ITALIANA a été fondée en 1962, à Bergame,
par la famille Huni. Depuis, cette entreprise, située au cœur
du Val Seriana, évolue en complète synergie avec le pays et

En effet, alors que l’usine s’est agrandie, l’outil de production
ainsi que les procédés de fabrication s’adaptent continuellement
